U.S. Marines work alongside the Japanese Ground-Self Defense Force on the light armored vehicle range in Hokudaien, Japan, in support of Northern Viper, Aug. 15, 2017. Northern Viper is a combined-joint exercise held to enhance regional cooperation between participating nations to collectively deter security threats.
