The Coast Guard medically evacuates a 40-year-old man approximately 70 miles south of Point Loma, Aug. 12, 2017. The crew of the 68-foot charter fishing boat Tribute contacted watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector San Diego's Joint Harbor Operations Center to report a passenger was experiencing low blood pressure and other symptoms after falling overboard, and were requesting assistance.
