The Louisiana Care 2017 IRT is an Office of Secretary Defense Reserve Affairs (OSD/RA)-sponsored, ANG-led, Multi-Service/Component training event coordinated with the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) and civil authorities in three Louisiana Parishes: Assumption, Tangipahoa and St. John. Through this joint training mission, members are able to better community relations while providing medical, dental, and optometry services.
