An aircrew aboard an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from Coast Guard Sector Columbia River conducts a medical evacuation of an ill fisherman 75 miles offshore of Lincoln City, Ore., July 18, 2017.

The ill fisherman was transferred to Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland for further care.
