(MATHEWS COUNTY, Virginia) -- Aerial B-roll of alternative substrate being placed in the Piankatank River for use as an oyster reef. The reef, which is a joint effort between the Nature Conservancy, the Virginia Marine Resources Commission and the Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is part of the overall Chesapeake Bay Oyster Recovery Program.
