BROLL of river crossing exercise during Saber Guardian 17. The exercise took place near Bordusani, Romania. Several Romanian Armored vehicles and US Strykers made their way across a pontoon bridge constructed by Romanian engineers. The exercise started with aviation assets providing air support, as well as Naval Vessels providing cover fire in the river. Once the far side of the river was suppressed the vehicles convoyed across the floating bridge to continue on with their exercise.
