Everyone needs a fresh start sometimes. In the Army, a change of command is a great way to accomplish this. Army Sgt. Lee Jae Ki shows just that. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District or Fed Korea change of command was held to honor the outcoming and incoming commander. The Far East District began their work in South Korea in 1957.
