During World War II, 142 American Aircraft crashed in Slovenia. This new exhibit memorializes their fates and the Slovenian civilians who helped the downed crews. The event was attended by Slovenian Prime Minister, Miro Cerar, U.S. Ambassador to Slovenia, Brent Hartley, and USAF General (ret) Frank Gorenc.
