Warriors from the 2017 Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition conduct an Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT). The APFT evaluates upper, lower, and abdominal fitness levels to measure combat readiness. Each competitor must complete a minimum number of pushups, sit-ups, and a 2-mile run in a set amount of time in order to advance in the competition
