    BREMERTON, Washington (June 2, 2017) USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) holds a frocking ceremony in the ship's hangar bay. During the ceremony, 258 Sailors, who were selected to advance to the next rank, received the authority to assume the title and wear the uniform of the next higher paygrade. John C.
