Cpl. Tony Brochu and Cpl. Derek Bell describe the importance of small arms repairer/technicians in the Marine Corps at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., May 10, 2017. Small arms repairer/technicians are responsible for maintaining weapon readiness in the Marine Corps. On a daily basis, they conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of all small arms and vehicular mounted weapons. Brochu is a small arms repairman/technician with 2d Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion, Marine Air Control Group 28, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing.
