Canadian Armed Forces combat shooting team takes Capt. Barry Owens, an American Airman assigned to the Arkansas National Guard, onto their team at the 26th Annual Armed Forces Skill at Arms Meeting (AFSAM), during the competition being held at the Robinson Maneuver Training Center in North Little Rock, Ark. AFSAM is an international marksmanship competition that is hosted annually by the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center. Reserve and Active Forces from the United States, Canada, Italy, and the United Kingdom are present and competing at the event.
