On 12 April 2017 the 7th Infantry Division Conference Room was dedicated in honor of LTG Hal Moore. LTG Hal Moore was a former Commanding General for the 7th Infantry Division from May 1970-April 1971. The ceremony was hosted by MG Thomas S. James Jr., Commander 7th Infantry Division. LTG Moore's sons Steve and Dave attended the dedication ceremony.
