The Coast Guard medevacs a 31-year-old woman April 6, 2017, from a cruise ship approximately 200 miles south of San Diego.

Star Princess, a 951-foot cruise ship, personnel notified the Coast Guard that a woman aboard the ship needed further medical treatment due to a potential head injury when the ship was 572 miles south of San Diego. (U.S. Coast Guard video)
