Crew members from Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point assist local emergency services personnel in transporting a patient to Queens Medical Center April 4, 2017. The 74-year-old man arrived in stable condition to Honolulu after being medically evacuated by an HC-130 Hercules fixed wing airplane 1,061 miles from Palmyra Atoll.
