ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 18, 2016) The Military Sealift Command fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8) conducts a replenishment -at-sea with the guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70) in the Arabian Gulf. Hopper is deployed as part of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
