The National Guard is not just a fighting force. Living up to their motto, "Always Ready Always There," they also respond to natural disasters in their state and country. Mississippi Guardsmen from the 3656th Maintenance Company, 184th Sustainment Command, and volunteer Soldiers assisted in disaster relief efforts after a pre-dawn tornado struck cities in southern Mississippi Jan. 21.
