Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 121, the first operational F-35B Lightning II squadron in the Marine Corps, began the flight from Marine Corps Air Station Yuma Ariz., to complete its move MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, Jan. 10, 2016. The squadron will be the first unit with fifth generation aircraft forward based overseas.
