Marines assigned to Marine Air Support Squadron 1 participated in the annual Chieftain run at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Nov. 16-17, 2016. The Chieftains collectively ran for 24 hours to pay tribute to MASS-1 Marines who have passed away. The run coincides with the squadron’s Marine Corps birthday ball to maintain the tradition of remembering the fallen and honoring their memory. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl.
