The U.S. European Command will see many changes throughout 2017 as it transitions from a peace time mission toward a command with more of an operational focus. EUCOM director of exercises and assessments at U.S. European command headquarters, Major General Mark Loeben was on hand to explain the joint exercise program and how it will increase the readiness and flexibility of our forces.
