Petty Officer 3rd Class Graham Smith, a new rescue swimmer at Air Station Corpus Christi, helps hoist Walter Smith, 77, and his dog into an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter after Mr. Smith experienced chest pains while alone in his sailboat about 40 miles off Port Aransas, Texas, November 15, 2016. The rescue marked the first for Petty Officer Smith.
