U.S. Marines and Sailors with Task Force Koa Moana 16-4 integrated with the Vanuatu Mobile Force to aid in renovating a clinic that was damaged in Port Vila, Vanuatu, Oct. 26, 2016. Marines teamed up with the VMF to renovate the clinic after it was degraded by Cyclone Pam last year. The Koa Moana exercise seeks to enhance senior leader engagements between allied and partner nations in the Pacific with a collective interest in relations and to discuss key aspects of operations, capability development and interoperability in the South Pacific
