Camp Pendleton hosted a ceremony to honor Staff Sgt. Reckless at the Pacific Views Event Center, Camp Pendleton, Calif., Oct. 26, 2016. Staff Sgt. Reckless,was a Korean War pack horse best known for her heroic actions that saved many Marine lives. A life-like monument of Staff Sgt. Reckless was unveiled during the ceremony.
