NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg briefed media on Tuesday (25 October 2016) on the agenda of this week’s meetings of NATO Defense Ministers, and announced the first NATO AWACS flight in support of the Counter-ISIL Coalition.
On Wednesday and Thursday, Ministers will mark progress in establishing NATO's four battalions in the Baltic States and Poland, training for Iraqi officers, and cooperation with the European Union.
