Airmen from the 5th Communications Squadron teamed up with Security Forces combat arms instructors to perform preventative maintenance inspections on Remote Target Engagement System towers in the weapons storage area at Minot Air Force base, ND. The unmanned weapons are inspected every 28 days to ensure they work properly. The 5th CS Airmen inspect the weapons scopes and sensors, while CATM Airmen test for efficient firing capabilities.
