The first Fort Bliss Master Rappel Course finished Friday, Oct. 14, 2016. Soldiers learned the responsibilities and duties of a rappel master including: thoroughly and properly checking equipment, how to give correct orders to those rappelling (from a tower or aircraft) and more.
