U.S. Marines and Sailors with Task Force Koa Moana 16-4, integrated with the Republic of Fiji Military Forces to train in counter-improvised explosive devices detection and vehicle control point procedures in Suva, Fiji Oct.14, 2016. The Koa Moana exercise seeks to enhance senior military leader engagements between allied and partner nations in the Pacific with a collective interest in military-to-military relations and to discuss key aspects of military operations, capability development and interoperability in the South Pacifc.
