Soldiers and Airmen from the Florida National Guard are staging at Camp Blanding as part of the 3,500 troops activated by Governor Rick Scott. The 164th Air Defense Artillery Brigade's 3-116th are preparing their vehicles and supplies as Soldiers and Airmen move into the Joint Operations Center to help move those assets where they're needed once the storm passes.
