U.S. Marines with 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force, conduct mechanical advantage control holds with Mongolian Armed Forces soldiers and Mongolian National Police during the Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar (NOLES) 2016 at the Five Hills Training Area, Mongolia, Sept. 16, 2016.
