Mongolian Armed Forces welcome U.S. Marines with 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force, to the Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar (NOLES) 2016 with an opening ceremony at the Five Hills Training Area, Mongolia, Sept. 12, 2016. NOLES is a multilateral event for non-lethal weapons and tactics training and seminar.
