Triston Dauzat shares what it is like to be a fixed wing aircraft mechanic assigned to Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 252, Marine Aircraft Group 14, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, Aug. 31, 2016. Aircraft mechanics are just one component responsible for the readiness and up-keep of the KC-130J Super Hercules. VMGR-252’s mission is to support the Marine Air-Ground Task Force commander by providing air-to-air refueling, assault support, and offensive air support, day or night under all weather conditions during expeditionary, joint, or combined operations.
