A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Coast Guard Sector San Diego medically evacuated a 57-year-old man who was experiencing labored breathing after the man surfaced from a free dive with a snorkel 115 miles west of San Diego on September 7, 2016.
