Onslow Beach at low tide this afternoon as the outer rain bands from Tropical Storm Hermine move over Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Sept. 2, 2016. The tropical cyclone is forecast to pass over the area late Friday into Saturday morning bringing excessive rainfall and potential flash floods, especially in urban and low-lying areas.
