Former and retired U.S. Marines alongside their families gathered for the Chosin Few Reunion opening ceremony and memorial service at the Pacific Views Event Center on Camp Pendleton, Calif., Aug. 17, 2016. The service members are known as the Frozen Chosin and were commemorating the 66th anniversary of the beginning of the Korean War. Speakers included Master of Ceremonies Bob Licker, Honored Guest Mrs. Ellen Gordon, Chairman and CEO of Tootsie Roll Industries, and Guest of Honor Major General David Coffman, Deputy Commanding General, I MEF.
