Six nations gathered for the 2016 second Conseil-International-Du-Sport-Militaire, CISM, World military basketball championship of the International Military Sports Council held at MCB Camp Pendleton, Calif. Brig. Gen. Kevin J. Killea, commanding general, Marine Corps Installations West-Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton addressed the crowds and gave the announcement declaring the games officially closed. Team China placed third, United States placed second and Brazil placed first. Teams from the United States, Brazil, Canada, China, France and Germany competed July 25 to 29 promoting peace activities and solidarity among athletes.
