U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, arrive at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, for the Arctic Thunder Open House, scheduled for July 30 and 31. Gates open at 9 a.m. The Blue Angels visit more than 50,000 people each show season (March through November) in schools and hospitals. Since 1946, the Blue Angels have flown for more than 260 million spectators.
