The 76th Operational Readiness Command out of Salt Lake City, Utah
conducted Defense Support to Civilian Authorities training for U.S. Army
Reserve personnel to include unit Commanders and First Sergeants from
FEMA Region 4 and Puerto Rico. FEMA Region 4 includes North and South Carolina,
Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama.
