Spc. Tyler Spear is a Soldier of the 851st Vertical Engineering Company out of Camp Ripley, Minn. and is interviewed about his time during a European Command Humanitarian Civic Assistance Project in Croatia. The Soldier was chosen to participate in a training mission in Croatia as part of the National Guard State Partnership Program. This year the Minnesota Guardsmen will be renovating a school in Karlovac, Croatia.
