Visiting officials from various State Partnership Programs tour the U.S. Army Reserve Center at the Port of Tacoma, Wash. to view the maritime capabilities of the Washington National Guard and other partnering agencies in the event of a Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake and tsunami. They continued on to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on Vashon Island. While there, the delegates visited the 181st Brigade Support Battalion (BSB) Tactical Operations Center (TOC).
