Ocosta Elementary School representatives and members of the Ocosta community dedicate a new multi-purpose room and the country's first Tsunami Vertical Evacuation Structure June 11, 2016. Part of the dedication included soldiers from the Washington National Guard demonstrating UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter hoist capabilities in support of Cascadia Rising 2016.
