Complacency in a combat zone can get people killed. “Check Six” is a program designed to combat that by giving people classroom instruction on why it’s important to always be aware of your surroundings, and then some hands-on weapons training to make Airmen more comfortable with drawing, charging, firing, and making sure their weapons are secure. Always be vigilant and prepared to defend your country, your fellow comrades in arms, and yourself.
