American Idol David Cook, visited Altus Air Force Base this past weekend. To celebrate, the on-base community came out in full force. There were also plenty of activities for the kids. The concert was held at Wings of Freedom Park to show appreciation for our service-members. David Cook was just as happy to be here as we were to have him.
"It's such a privilege to come out here and perform for the troops. I've got family in the military and so, to get to come through and say thanks and make a little noise, and hopefully people have a good time while we do it, that's easy to say yes to." - David Cook
