Members from Task Force 76 briefed senior military and civilian leaders on the progress of the Command and Control CBRNE Response Elements (C2CRE-A) which are essential to the long term response and assisting the local population in gaining a sense of normalcy. Army North conducts the Vibrant Response exercise program, which annually tests the capability of the federal response forces to meet the expectations of the Nation.
