Dave Callahan, commander, 8th Coast Guard District, and members of Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit Houma attended a ribbon cutting ceremony at a liquified natural gas re-fueling facility in Port Fourchon, Louisiana in support of building and maintaining relationships the LNG industry, Mar. 31, 2016.
