The first-ever Friendship Sakura Run was hosted by the 836th Transportation Battalion recently at U.S. Army’s Yokohama North Dock. Despite chilly weather, hundreds of runners from the local area as well as American servicemen and women, including DA civilians and local national employees, took part in the event.
