A Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew medevaced a 55 year-old man who reportedly was having difficulty breathing, from the Port Eads Marina in Venice, La., March 15, 2016. The helicopter crew transported the man to Air Station New Orleans to awaiting EMS personnel. U.S. Coast Guard video.
