Tech. Sgt. Jadrian Haywood, a Military Training Instructor from the 326th Training Squadron at JBSA-Lackland, shares struggles he faced growing up and how he found his place in the military and in his community. "First Faces" began several years ago with chaplains from throughout AETC nominating Airmen from individual wings. Today, the program has expanded and includes a partnership between the chaplain's and public affairs offices, in order to reach a wider audience.
