The 35th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion conducted an exercise at Sagami General Depot March 1-4 in preparation for a duty assignment to the Joint Readiness Training Center in Fort Polk, La., later this year. Assisted by the 10th Support Group (Regional), Torii Station, Okinawa, the two units worked together to form a TOC, or Tactical Operations Center, where they went through the motions in real time of what it was like to operate in a deployed environment.
