    Coast Guard personnel deploy a rescue swimmer and dewatering pump to a damaged vessel's crew Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, 39 miles southeast of Oregon Inlet, North Carolina. Crews from Air Station Elizabeth City in Elizabeth City, N.C. and Station Oregon Inlet in Nag's Head, N.C. used a dewatering pump to keep a vessel afloat and escorted the passengers back to Station Oregon Inlet.
