A Coast Guard Air Station Houston MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew hoists a man aboard from a 70-foot Galveston Party Boat catamaran and transports him to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston for further treatment Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016.
